This website has been created without any knowledge of the actual Casper® scoring system or the way Acuity Insights constructs its questions. Acuity Insights and CasPro have no relationship whatsoever, whether by way of affiliation, endorsement, or otherwise.

CasPro uses artificial intelligence to generate practice evaluations, scores, and feedback. These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or inappropriate. CasPro does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any individual output. You should critically review feedback before relying on it.

CasPro is an independent educational practice tool. Its scores and quartiles are practice indicators, not official Casper results or predictions of exam performance. CasPro does not guarantee improvement, a particular exam score, or admission to any program.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in an offer applicable to your purchase, payments are non-refundable. An inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, or unsatisfactory AI-generated evaluation, score, or response does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already made. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Information You input into the CasPro database is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any outside users or organizations.

The scenarios, questions, algorithms, graphics, and brand name are the intellectual property of CasPro and may not be used outside of CasPro without direct consent from CasPro.
